Ingredients

Method

  • Peel fruit, cut peels into very thin strips.

  • boil rapidly for 50 min, stirring frequently, thill thick and amber.
  • Remove seed bag, to test, drop small aount on cold saucer, it well hold with ut running when ready: Cold afew min, pour into warm sterilized jars, Seal with paraffin wax.
