Ingredients

  • 1 c. FLOUR
  • 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 1/3 c. SHORTENING
  • 1 Tbsp. SHORTENING
  • 3 Tbsp. WATER
  • 1 pkt SMALL INSTANT PUDDING
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream

Method

  • COMBINE FLOUR AND SALT.
  • Add in SHORTENING AND MIX Till Mix RESEMBLES CORNMEAL.
  • Add in 2 TO 3 Tbsp.
  • WATER SO MIX FORMS SMALL PEA SHAPED BALLS.
  • ROLL TO A THICKNESS OF 1/8 INCH.
  • PLACE IN PIE PLATE AND POKE HOLES IN BOTTOM WITH A FORK.
  • BAKE AT 425 DEG F. Till Golden.
  • FILLING: MIX PUDDING MIX, Lowfat sour cream, AND Lowfat milk AT SLOW SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE.
  • POUR INTO BAKED PIE SHELL.
