Ingredients
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 (8.5 oz.) can LeSueur sweet peas
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Mix together Veg-All, peas, mayonnaise, onion, Cheddar cheese and water chestnuts.
- Use cooking spray to grease casserole dish (I use a pie plate).
- Pour Veg-All mixture into dish.
- Cover with crackers and dot with margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
