Ingredients
- 4 to 6 apples
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. shortening
- water
- 1/2 ?? butter of margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Peel apples; dice into small pieces and set aside.
- Mix together the flour and shortening.
- Add enough water to form a soft dough.
- Divide dough into biscuit size sections.
- Roll each section as flat as possible.
- Put apples on flattened dough; fold each area of circle up, tucking at top to seal in apples.
- Place these in a greased baking dish.
