Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed (optional)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. stuffed olives
  • 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small can shrimp
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. chili sauce

Method

  • Melt margarine in pan.
  • Roll chicken in flour, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
  • Take out of oven and turn.
  • Drain pineapple and add green peppers, chopped onion, olives, chunk pineapple and shrimp.
  • Mix pineapple juice, soup and chili sauce and pour over chicken.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
  • The temperature may be lowered after this time and the chicken can be left in the oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
