Ingredients
- 8 pieces fryer chicken (2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, 2 wings or your choice)
- crumbs made from wheat bread (about 3 c.)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1 pod garlic or more to your taste
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning (optional)
- seasonings to your taste
Method
- Wash chicken and pat dry.
- Mix crumbs and add seasonings in medium size bowl.
- Melt oleo in medium size bowl.
- Dip chicken in oleo and roll in the crumbs and place in baking dish.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
- If not brown on top, place under broiler for a few minutes.
- Serve immediately.
- Serves 4 to 6.
