- 1 head Boston Lettuce
- 2 thinly sliced pears
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 pound thinly slice bresaola or prosciutto
- Dressing
Method
- Roughly chop Boston lettuce and put it on a plate. top with thinly sliced pears, peed, pitted and quartered avocado and prosciutto. Drizzle with dressing.
