Ingredients
- 8-10 plum Tomatoes
- Olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 18 yr old balsamic vinegar
- baguette
- garlic infused olive oil
- slivered basil
- Parmesan cheese grated if desired
Method
- Halve tomatoes and scoop out pulp
- Coat tomatoes with olive oil
- Salt and Pepper lighting
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar
- Bake 375 deg for 20 minutes until the tomatoes collapse
- Cool
- Slice baguette
- Drizzle with garlic olive oil lightly toasted
- Assemble one tomato/slice
- Decorate with basil and cheese
