Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk or warm water
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 6 egg whites
Method
- Cream butter and add milk or warm water.
- After sifting flour 4 times, mix baking powder with it and sift into cake.
- After thoroughly beating, fold in well-beaten egg whites.
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
