Ingredients
- 6 to 8 carrots, grated
- 1 apple, cubed
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (2 1/2 oz.; save juice)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
- Grate carrots; cube apple.
- Drain pineapple; save juice. Mix juice with flour and sugar.
- Cook until clear, then add mayonnaise.
- Stir well and cool.
- Add to fruit.
