Ingredients
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large bag frozen hash browns or 8 large potatoes, cut up
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Method
- Heat soup and sour cream together.
- In 9 x 12-inch glass dish, combine potatoes, cheese and margarine.
- Add soup and sour cream mixture.
- Sprinkle top with bread crumbs or etc.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
