Ingredients
- 3 lb. fryer, cut up
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- In a large skillet, arrange chicken in a single layer.
- Stir together the remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and let bubble gently, turning several times until chicken is tender, about 40 minutes.
