Ingredients
- 2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chicken broth
Method
- Layer rice, chicken, cheese and soup in buttered 2-quart casserole until all have been used.
- Pour in chicken broth. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
