Ingredients
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tsp. celery salt
- 5 to 6 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 1 to 1 1/4 c. coarse bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
Method
- Mix together sour cream, garlic, lemon juice and celery salt. Place the chicken in a large bowl, pour the sour cream mixture over chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Roll chicken in crumbs and place in a greased, shallow pan.
- Spoon melted butter over chicken.
- Bake at 350° about 40 to 60 minutes until done and crispy.
- Serves 5 or 6.
