Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 5 to 6 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
  • 1 to 1 1/4 c. coarse bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter

Method

  • Mix together sour cream, garlic, lemon juice and celery salt. Place the chicken in a large bowl, pour the sour cream mixture over chicken.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Roll chicken in crumbs and place in a greased, shallow pan.
  • Spoon melted butter over chicken.
  • Bake at 350° about 40 to 60 minutes until done and crispy.
  • Serves 5 or 6.
