Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. dry stuffing mix
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick oleo (1/2 c.)

Method

  • Cook broccoli; drain.
  • Place on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Place chicken on top of broccoli.
  • Combine egg, soups, mayonnaise and lemon.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture.
  • Melt oleo and add to stuffing.
  • Sprinkle over cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
