- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. dry stuffing mix
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick oleo (1/2 c.)
Method
- Cook broccoli; drain.
- Place on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Place chicken on top of broccoli.
- Combine egg, soups, mayonnaise and lemon.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture.
- Melt oleo and add to stuffing.
- Sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
