Ingredients
- 4 whole, boned chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Cook chicken in butter in heavy skillet, 10 minutes on each side.
- Reserve pan drippings.
- Put chicken on platter, keep warm. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard and salt to pan drippings.
- Cook, stirring until heated.
- Stir in onions and parsley.
- Pour over chicken and serve.
