Ingredients

  • chicken
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) tomatoes
  • 1 large jar chopped pimentos
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Method

  • Cook chicken; save chicken broth and pull chicken from the bone.
  • Saute next 4 ingredients.
  • Add tomatoes, pimentos, soups, cheese and chicken.
  • Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
  • Add cooked spaghetti to other ingredients.
