Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) salmon
- 3/4 c. quick cook oats
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of pepper
Method
- Drain salmon.
- Combine salmon with eggs, oats, onion, parsley, lemon juice, mustard and pepper.
- Add liquid drained from salmon or a small amount of skim milk, if needed, to form patties.
- Cook in nonstick skillet until golden brown on both sides.
