Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. grated coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding in sugar, still beating.
- Fold in sifted flour and salt, coconut and vanilla. Drop on lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325°.
