Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1 can drained garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

Method

  • 1. Blend yogurt, sour cream, sugar, salt, paprika powder, and cumin powder by hand.
  • 2. Add cucumber, carrots, garbanzo beans, cilantro, and red pepper.
  • 3. Let it sit for 30 minutes, stir before serving. So Easy!
