Ingredients
- 3 pt. carrots, sliced and cooked until not quite done
- 1 1/2 green peppers, sliced or diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced or diced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Cook together all but the carrots.
- After marinade is cooked together, add to carrots.
- May be stored in refrigerator several days.
