Ingredients
- 4 lb. carrots or 4 cans
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. woo
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix carrots, bell pepper, onion and celery.
- Mix tomato soup, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, woo and mustard.
- Pour over first 4 ingredients. Marinate overnight.
