Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. butter
- 4 c. bread cubes, crust removed
- 3 c. corn bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
- 2 c. broth
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Method
- Saute onion, celery and butter.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well (extra broth may be needed to make mixture really moist). Bake at 350° until brown (approximately 30 minutes).
