Ingredients
- 3 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
Method
- Put first 6 ingredients into a large saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Cover and simmer over low heat until veggies are tender (approximately 20 minutes).
