Ingredients
- 1 package English Muffins (plain, Preferably Large)
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 can Olde English Cheddar
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 pound Crab Meat
Method
- Turn on the oven broiler.
- Split English muffins in half and place on a baking sheet, split side up.
- Heat butter and Cheddar in microwave until softened.
- Mix butter, cheddar, garlic salt, and pepper together with crab meat.
- Optional: Add a little mayonnaise or heavy cream if desired.
- Spoon crab mixture on top of English muffins and broil until the English muffin is toasty and the crab is heated through, approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Cut in half, serve as an appetizer, breakfast, or dinner, and enjoy!
- Also great with tomatoes!
