Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. macaroni
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- cheese slices
Method
- While cooking sausage, add pepper and onion and cook together. Cook macaroni and drain.
- Pour into casserole dish; top with cheese slices.
- Drain sausage; add milk, flour, water and mushroom soup.
- Bring to a boil, then pour over macaroni.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
