Ingredients
- 4 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. white sauce
Method
- Cut eggs lengthwise into halves. Combine egg yolks with next 7 ingredients.
- Beat together until well blended and smooth.
- Fill whites with yolk mixture.
- Pour sauce over the eggs in baking pan. Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Serves 4.
