- 1 pkg. Ballard biscuits
- 1 tsp. jam per biscuit
- granulated sugar
Method
- Flatten each biscuit with fingertips into a 5 x 2-inch oval stick.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon jam lengthwise down the center of each, almost to the ends.
- Pinch edges together over filling.
- Fry in deep fat.
- Roll in sugar.
- Serve warm.
- Makes 10.
