Ingredients

  • 450 grams Chicken thigh meat
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 5 tbsp Oil

Method

  • Add all ingredients in a bag, and combine well for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the katakuriko.
  • If you shake the bag from the bottom upwards, the katakuriko will coat the meat more evenly.
  • Add oil to the pan, and fry both sides on medium heat.
  • Once it turns to golden brown, turn the heat up, and fry each side for another 1-2 minutes, and it is done.
