Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) cooked rice
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) scalded milk
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) white or brown sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vanilla
- 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5 ml) nutmeg
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) soft butter
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into lightly greased crock pot.
- Cook on high 1 to 2 hours.
- Stir during first 30 minutes.
