Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. brown sugar
Method
- Melt oleo and Crisco.
- Put all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour melted oleo on top of mixed dry ingredients and stir until mixed well.
- Put half into a 9 x 9-inch pan and press down.
- Pour in Date Filling and spread evenly.
- Top with the rest of the oat mixture and press lightly.
- Cook for 20 minutes in a 375° oven.
