- 1 pkg. dried beef
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 can Chinese noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) can peas (undrained)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Pour water over dried beef and let stand for 15 minutes and drain.
- Combine peas, soups, celery, garlic salt and pepper.
- Add drained cut up beef to mixture.
- Line bottom of casserole with 1/2 can of Chinese noodles, pouring mixture over them.
- Sprinkle rest of noodles on top.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
