Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dried beef
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1 (8 oz.) can peas (undrained)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Pour water over dried beef and let stand for 15 minutes and drain.
  • Combine peas, soups, celery, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Add drained cut up beef to mixture.
  • Line bottom of casserole with 1/2 can of Chinese noodles, pouring mixture over them.
  • Sprinkle rest of noodles on top.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
