Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 4 1/2 c. freshly brewed warm coffee
- 2 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate, shaves
- Cinnamon sticks
Method
- Place lowfat milk in saucepan; heat on low 2 to 3 min, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Place egg whites in blender; process on high till frothy (10 seconds).
- Slowly add in warm lowfat milk and sugar, blending at high speed 30 seconds.
- Pour 3/4 c. warm coffee into 6 mugs.
- Pour lowfat milk mix proportionately into coffee.
- Top each with 1 tsp.
- chocolate and add in a cinnamon stick.
- Makes 6 servings - 57 calories each.
