Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. freshly brewed warm coffee
  • 2 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate, shaves
  • Cinnamon sticks

Method

  • Place lowfat milk in saucepan; heat on low 2 to 3 min, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Place egg whites in blender; process on high till frothy (10 seconds).
  • Slowly add in warm lowfat milk and sugar, blending at high speed 30 seconds.
  • Pour 3/4 c. warm coffee into 6 mugs.
  • Pour lowfat milk mix proportionately into coffee.
  • Top each with 1 tsp.
  • chocolate and add in a cinnamon stick.
  • Makes 6 servings - 57 calories each.
