Ingredients

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb. lean pork, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, chopped
  • 2 c. fresh or canned bean sprouts
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Method

  • Reserve 1 tablespoon of egg.
  • Mix remaining flour, salt and water with fork until all dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Knead until smooth.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.
