- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb. lean pork, chopped
- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, chopped
- 2 c. fresh or canned bean sprouts
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Reserve 1 tablespoon of egg.
- Mix remaining flour, salt and water with fork until all dry ingredients are moistened.
- Knead until smooth.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.
