Ingredients
- 1 medium sized elephant
- 500 lb. potatoes
- 50 bushels carrots
- 50 stalks celery
- 1 rabbit
Method
- Cut elephant into 1-inch cubes and cook in a very large pot. Stew two days and add potatoes, carrots and celery.
- Add salt to taste (about 50 pound bag).
- Serves approximately 3,000 guests.
- If more people show, add rabbit as needed.
- Do not put rabbit in unless needed, as no one likes to find a hare in their stew.
