Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. no salt margarine
- 5 c. canned beef broth
- 5 c. white onions, sliced thin
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- In large nonstick saucepan, saute onions in margarine until tender.
- Add beef broth to onions with pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook, covered, on low for 35 minutes.
- Serves 4.
