Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic or garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (I like lots more)
- 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. chives (optional)
- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c. olive oil (optional)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- salt to taste
Method
- Combine all things, except onion, pepper and cucumber.
- Blend well.
- Add onion, pepper and cucumber.
- Experiment!
- I use what I have and substitute V-8 instead of tomato juice.
- The longer it sits, the better it is!
