Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (I like lots more)
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. chives (optional)
  • 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1/4 c. olive oil (optional)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Combine all things, except onion, pepper and cucumber.
  • Blend well.
  • Add onion, pepper and cucumber.
  • Experiment!
  • I use what I have and substitute V-8 instead of tomato juice.
  • The longer it sits, the better it is!
