Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour brown or white
  • 1 baking powder table spoon
  • 1 teaspoon xantham gum
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 banana large
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 grams pitted dates

Method

  • Sift rice flour
  • mix all dry
  • add all wet ingredients including dates into smoothie maker to blend all. The idea is to get the dates to your preferred size.
  • Mix wet and dry. Whisk for 1 minute, let it rest a minute, whisk again 1 minute, rest 1 minute then one last time whisk for a minute.
  • Bake for 25 - 30 min at 170 degrees
