Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour brown or white
- 1 baking powder table spoon
- 1 teaspoon xantham gum
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 banana large
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 125 grams pitted dates
Method
- Sift rice flour
- mix all dry
- add all wet ingredients including dates into smoothie maker to blend all. The idea is to get the dates to your preferred size.
- Mix wet and dry. Whisk for 1 minute, let it rest a minute, whisk again 1 minute, rest 1 minute then one last time whisk for a minute.
- Bake for 25 - 30 min at 170 degrees
