- 1/2 c. vital gluten flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. soy flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 Tbsp. yeast flakes
- 1/4 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 3/4 c. oats
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- Mix together wet ingredients and add to wet.
- Spray coffee can or equivalent canister with Pam. Place gluten in container and cover with wax paper. Pour one

- crock-pot.
- Place

- in crock-pot.
- Cover and steam 4 hours on high.
- Remove and cool. Slice or use in burger recipe.
