- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans chicken
- 1 can ham
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- sharp cheese, grated
Method
- Mix all ingredients together (except cheese).
- Pour into large buttered pan.
- Cover top with grated cheese.
- Dot with butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
