- 3 lb. cream cheese
- 11 oz. sugar
- 10 oz. half and half
- 5 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 lb. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. dairy sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Method
- Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
- Fold egg white mixture into base thoroughly and pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until firm.
- Turn off oven; open door and leave in oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool on rack away from draft.
