Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns, partially thawed OR 8 medium fresh potatoes, grated
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1/2 c diced onion
- 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Stir once half way through baking.
- Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
