Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Beat eggs lightly and add water and salt.
- Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough.
- Knead on floured surface 3 to 5 minutes.
- Divide into 3 pieces and roll out paper thin.
- Let dry about an hour.
- Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut crosswise into strips of desired thickness.
- Spread loosely to dry.
