- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb. mild pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 3 qt. milk
- 4 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. dill weed
Method
- Saute celery and onion in margarine.
- Add the sausage and combine with remaining ingredients.
- Heat on low until cheese melts.
