- 2 (1 lb.) pkg. wieners
- 1 bottle Tabasco sauce
- 2 bottles hot sauce
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 2 bottles catsup
- 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 white onions, sliced
- dash of black pepper
- 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
Method
- Wash and dry wieners; punch holes in them with fork.
- Cut into bite size pieces.
- Cover with sauce mixture:
- remaining ingredients (except vinegar).
- Put in airtight jar or bowl and cover with white vinegar.
- This sauce keeps 2 or 3 weeks and you can keep adding wieners.
- Marinate at least 24 hours before using.
