Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. wieners
  • 1 bottle Tabasco sauce
  • 2 bottles hot sauce
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 2 bottles catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 white onions, sliced
  • dash of black pepper
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar

Method

  • Wash and dry wieners; punch holes in them with fork.
  • Cut into bite size pieces.
  • Cover with sauce mixture:
  • remaining ingredients (except vinegar).
  • Put in airtight jar or bowl and cover with white vinegar.
  • This sauce keeps 2 or 3 weeks and you can keep adding wieners.
  • Marinate at least 24 hours before using.
