Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine (softened)
  • 1 cup sugar or Splenda
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/3 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 1/2 cups regular uncooked oats
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter morsels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream butter, add sugars and beat at medium speed until blended. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla; beat well. Add oats, soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingred. Use a 1/4 cup measure and drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets (4 inches apart). Gently press with fingers into a circle. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool on cookies sheets. Enjoy!
