Ingredients
- 1 bay leaf and 5 black peppercone
- 2 tbsp fish sauce and dash of white pepper
- 1 cup leek and onion
- 1 liter LG BASIC CHICKEN SOUP / STOCK or any chicken soup
- 2 cup soy noodle
- 1 tbsp coriander leaf
- 1 cup cooked shreded chicken for garnish
Method
- add bay leaf and peppercone with leek and onion in chicken stock and bring to boil then add soy noodle simmer for 2 minute
- add fish sauce and pepper mix well then off heat top cooked shreded chicken
