Ingredients

  • 1 cup ligh ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb. Primo Fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 1 cup 2 % milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

  • Just follow our 2 simple steps
  • Combine 1 cup light ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan, 1 cup 2% milk and 1/2 tsp.
  • salt in blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Cook 1 pkg.
  • (500g) Primo Fettuccine according to package directions.
  • Drain and return to pot.
  • Toss with ricotta mixture and cook over low heat 2 minutes or until warmed through.
  • Top with fresh ground pepper and serve.
