Ingredients
- 1 cup ligh ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. Primo Fettuccine
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 cup 2 % milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Just follow our 2 simple steps
- Combine 1 cup light ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan, 1 cup 2% milk and 1/2 tsp.
- salt in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Cook 1 pkg.
- (500g) Primo Fettuccine according to package directions.
- Drain and return to pot.
- Toss with ricotta mixture and cook over low heat 2 minutes or until warmed through.
- Top with fresh ground pepper and serve.
