Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 4 carrots, cut up
  • 1/2 c. corn
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 yellow squash
  • salt
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 bunch cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. green beans
  • 1/2 c. peas
  • 1 zucchini
  • bay leaves
  • pepper
  • chicken or beef broth

Method

  • Cut up broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini and yellow squash.
  • Place all vegetables in large stock pot.
  • Fill pot with water, covering vegetables completely and seasonings and broth for desired taste.
  • Let simmer for at least 3 hours over low heat. Freezes well.
