Ingredients
- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix flour, milk, salt and pepper together.
- Place cheese on top of macaroni, then pour 1/2 of sauce over it.
- Put another layer of macaroni, then the rest of cheese and sauce.
- Sprinkle a little plain breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake at 350° until brown.
